American Airlines 5 star !
excellent so. easy to find information.
I only travel American Airlines. I believe for the price and the service you cannot do better!
For the life of me I’ll never understand why these companies mess up with things that are working great. There must be some “genius” guy in a suit that decided overnight that the app needed to be changed and now this new version is full of bugs. I can’t manage my trip on the app as usual; pages load and take you to a blank screen, crashes or stays on an eternal loading. So infuriating especially when you need things done for a trip. App totally trashed. Thank you, developers.
All my trips
But it simply, the app doesn’t work. It knows I’m logged in. It shows my advantage account but it claims I have no trips despite that I’m in the middle of one. Furthermore more trying to actually input the information about my current trip, the display on the iPhone is such that if you enter data , you can’t reach the done button, which means you can’t actually use this to search for one of your trips

The app has a great and easy to navigate UI. No bugs.
The app constantly refreshes while I am looking through my email on a separate app for AA information. It’s infuriating.
Love AA
Disappointed at Cozumel group 9 and told to check my bag. Got on the plane there was tons of open spots for bags.
Love American Airlines and the ease of booking flights for travel. Love using AA Advantage miles for flights and the rewards for making purchases with the card.
