Can’t sign up because it never sends sms code. Fix your lousy app
First time using it in Rome, the app charged me €12 more than what the meter said. I messaged Freenow, and they say they're processing a refund for the difference. But not using again. So shady. Also, it was a mess getting picked up because the driver was given the wrong location.
Works like Lyft. The The GPS and ride assignment works better than the other taxi app I tried.
Good option in Rome especially when it’s not easy to walk around in the summer heat. I have been getting a ride in less than 5 minutes
Lyft recommended FreeNow for Europe and the app interface and UI are great. But it lacks at the most important part: finding rides. I used it 3 times in 2 different countries. Only 1 was able to find a ride. The other 2 would search for about 3 minutes and could not find a driver to accept the ride. Even though there were about a dozen vehicles around me. What I think happened is those drivers didn’t want to get less pay and didn’t accept the ride. Uber was twice the price as the FreeNow rate. So they were probably only accepting Uber rides.
Driver took the wrong passengers and we were forced to to walk to make our train on time and I was charged.

고정가로 알함브라 티켓오피스 약 12유로선으로 호출하였는데 차가 오는 도중 드라이버 사진 남자로 바뀌도 도착해서 18유로 넘는 요금을 요구함. 운행시간 7분거리. 토요타 프리우스 운전자 절대 조심. 다시는 이용 안할것임.
