- My bag didn’t arrive with my flight. My bag actually was not loaded at my departure airport where I had arrived two hours early for the flight. I was given a compensation voucher. Went to the website listed and it wouldn’t accept my input. - Bag arrived the next day 30 minutes after promised. - Poor showing Alaska. You are much better than that.
I am 75-in 3 months 76. 1)Your website is very confusing since combining with Alaska. 2) There is supposed to be consideration of pre-boarding for SENIORS. There is NO PLACE to add/check for this when booking the flight-SHAME ON YOU! 3) Hard to navigate need of boarding assistance on the website WHEN I can successfully sign in🤣.
Toronto to Seattle. It’s 5:04 pm. App still shows 4:40 boarding and 5:20 departure.
I have been with Alaska Airlines for almost 20 years. Their customer service are excellent, from baggage claims to reservations questions, they go out of their ways to find solutions for customers. They are open-minded, understanding, and professional. The name Alaska is just cool & unique. Thank you! John
I have to delete and redownload this app to get it to work almost every single time I use it. It opens to a completely blank, white screen. Hard starting the app doesn’t help. Occasionally restarting my phone will, but not reliably. Usually I have to delete it entirely, then redownload, and it’ll work for a few hours, then repeat. I can’t find anyone else having this issue, but as a Atmos Rewards member who uses Alaska Airlines a lot, it’s extremely frustrating and almost makes me want to take my business elsewhere; I really only haven’t due to this being the most direct airline for the route I fly most often.

If you are traveling from or to the PNW- save yourself the travel headaches and fly Alaska. These folks have customer service down to an art form!

It is one of the most FRUSTRATING app to use on the phone. Very repetitive and takes forever.
