Alight Mobile

The health tracking works well and the interface is clean. But for an app collecting this much sensitive data — Weight, Blood Pressure, Glucose, A1c, Cholesterol... — there's no way to delete what I've entered. I can add data but not remove it, individually or by category. That's a real problem for privacy-conscious users, especially in states where deletion rights apply. Please add a delete option on the Health Data screen. It would make a good app genuinely privacy-friendly. Happy to bump my rating once this is added

Every app alight ever makes it trash and not user friendly. Portions that make no sense to present and the areas people would use the most, document submission, is buried

Not sure how app gets a rating of 4.8 when nobody I work with likes this app. Dead ends, no help features, have to submit health requests to a specialist who is never available to text. Specialist gives an answer which does not address your question and then closes the request. Absolutely the worse app I have ever had with an employer. Always mentioned as deficient on opinion surveys.

I had an issue where I had to cash out my 401(k) with them and every week they take your money (as instructed) but when it comes time for you to get YOUR money out they suddenly have to wait a whole month for you to get your money but is so fast to take it out. They suck! Their system is slow and they inconvenience you and your life! Use another app I repeat THEY SUCK!!

The app used to be 5 stars but there was a recent update that makes viewing my retirement accounts basically impossible on mobile. It was great before the update but now it’s horrible.

I absolutely hate this app

Won’t connect me to my benefits at all beyond a dashboard. I can’t next through employer and then it dumps me on a white screen with no guidance on what’s wrong or how to correct it. Save yourself the frustration and just use a web portal or manage your benefits at work, unless all you need is basic surface-level information available on the dashboard. If Alight was in any way serious about supporting this app, there would be an easy to find phone number to call plastered everywhere.

Horrible interface that is difficult to navigate

It’s an attractive app, but difficult to use and has NO search window. So you’re left scrolling and hunting and hunting and hunting…

The payment option rarely works and also does not work in Chrome browser. After several tries I got it to work using Safari and I had to log in multiple times. This defeats the purpose of having an app for easy use.

All these positive reviews on here are lies trying to balance out the negative reviews on here to keep the rating high
