My leaves are gone. With the update, I can’t login with my email. I can only sign in with a phone number now. So because I can’t use my account with my email, it’s gone. I have to use a new account with a phone number. It’s frustrating. Why get rid of the email login you had before? We lost our accounts!
Bad
No email log in after update. Can’t access account anymore.
Smoother and prettier UI, but lost all the rewards I’ve accumulated in last couple of months..
With the new app I tried using my leaves forma drink. It did not allow me to use them. All of the leaves were locked even though I have over 200 leaves.
And always friendly. Amazing coffee and Brazilian lemonade.
The staff and service here are great and welcoming! With tasty drinks and good conversations that leave me with a smile on my face! Highly recommend !
Wow I’m impressed with the new 7 Leaves app. The UI/UX look really clean and sleek. Great job! I’m glad the company is listening to customer feedback and continuing to improve the customer experience.
Ts peak
Every time I scan, my points don't come within 48 hours as suggested. The 30 second timer they have is annoying. So to obtain points I have to ask for receipt and wait longer to obtain them. And when I do obtain said points it's not the correct amount
