She made me feel uplifted! I needed that! Very profound energy and rare! I don’t have the extra money to tip her, but I assure you that I wish I did!

The pricing is fantastic and always lower then both Uber and Lyft but the question will be once they expand will they get greedy and turn into a bait and switch company. Keep things the Sammy mill l lol “You Guys will go far, and check mate this part of the market. I.E. Uber used to pay their employees WAY better but then got GREEDY and now take more then half of their EMPLOYEES money. Work on perfecting your platform, you guys have a lot of work to do, but I believe can corner the market if you just continue with the pricing, etc.

I recently started using Empower when I realized it was almost half of the price of Uber. I also learned that the drivers get paid much better on Empower than Uber which I like since I always felt guilty not being able to tip. I’d say my only complaint is not having an accurate idea of when to request my ride. It’ll say like 10 minutes, then you get connected with a driver and find they’re actually much closer, so I’m not ready when they get here.

This app has the WORST gps I’ve ever dealt with. I love the idea of giving the majority of the profits to the driver and I enjoy the price savings but this GPS makes life difficult and stressful

There isn’t customer support. I submitted a message in February (it’s now July) about an incorrect price charge and their reply is that “they are busy growing” and cannot reply to people. I had another issue with a charge last week and received the same message. They seem happy to take your money and update the app but have ZERO customer support for any issues. Also, oftentimes the price you book increases once a driver confirms. Do better.

Why Give A Price And That’s Not What’s Being Taken Off A Person’s Card… So Annoying Cause It’s Made To Seem Like The Prices Beats Uber And Lyft But Still Being Charged Those Same Prices… And Ppl Get To Pick You Up In Unclean Cars & Cars They’ve Had Their Pets In With No Advanced Notice..

Good app for better prices. But the drivers requirements for cleanliness of vehicles needs to be changed. Most vehicles are dirty.

THE DRIVER FALSELY MARKED THE RIDE AS ARRIVED AND NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY PICK UP POINT THEN PROCEEDED TO FRAUDULENTLY CANCEL THE RIDE ULTIMATELY CHARGE ME A FALSE NO CALL NO-SHOW FEE I HAVE SHOWED AMPLE AMOUNTS OF EVIDENCE AND THEY HAVE YET TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
