★★★★★Waste of GasPricing Complaints🇺🇸 US

I really enjoy offers when they make sense. If I’m almost getting $30 for 5/6 orders, that’s awesome, but why would it be okay to send offers for 4 orders just to receive $6. Why would I accept orders for 11m and only receive $3 (27 cents per mile), or 22m for $8 (36 cents per mile). That is not reasonable unless someone likes getting paid less than what they’re suppose to earn.

★★★★★Limited in my state.Missing Features🇺🇸 US

It only has one market area in my state that it covers and it’s on the other side of the state. Very disappointed.

★★★★Bad technology, Bad business, Bad experiencePricing Complaints🇺🇸 US

Grubhub is operating in an ill-will deceptive manner taking advantage of already struggling citizens through making them do their dirty work in shady contract designed formats not far from slavery methods for pennies allowing them to not be protected under normal employee protections so that they can get away with gross bad greedy style business practices. Prime example of how using bad shady designed technology to make as much profits as possible on the backs of good disadvantaged Americans. That is Grubhub.

★★★★Code RequiredPoor UX🇺🇸 US

Hey guys! I think you should just require a code on every single order! The customers love that, and your drivers love it as well! Even the customers who tip very well LOVE the code. Why not only require the code if a customer has actually reported an ORDER was missing, not if they had an issue with the order itself. Every customer that I’ve dealt with (especially the older folks) HATE IT. I get you need a solution to customers reporting missing items etc. and you don’t want to give refunds. But you need to stop requiring so many codes especially if a customer is a regular.

★★★★Bad ai changePricing Complaints🇺🇸 US

Why did grubhub change the way orders are assigned? Im confused on how they think trying to send us orders clear across town for less money makes any sense whatsoever. Gas prices are up, if customers could only order to the restaurant closest to them that would be helpful too. Is grubhub stealing from drivers?
