Find useful tips on what to pack, gather the travel documents you need, and get reminders to check in before sailing day. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade a beverage package for endless toasts, and an internet package to stay connected and share your experiences in real-time, while at sea – though the app is free to use on your ship’s Wi-Fi network. Put relaxation on the calendar with spa packages and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants... you can even make all your Ultimate Dining Package reservations directly in the app. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the arcade, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. The internet barely works and won’t let you use parts of the app if you don’t use the app to get internet. It’s so frustrating and slow.

Took our 1st grandchild on this cruise, staff extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful and supportive. I learned from this cruise that we don’t have to always get on plane to take a cruise, we had a great experience sailing right out of Baltimore. Will be take this cruise again, Lord willing!
Very nice experience for the first time Cruising. I love everything on and off thee ship. The waiters were exceptional attentive to me and my group. The service crew for cleaning our room was very good too. So thank you everyone for the shows, exercise workouts. Thank you for the joyful people and the peace. Many Blessings Cheryl Wiggleton.

Utopia of the sea is amazing and beautiful ship. It definitely has the wow factor but what makes it amazing is its crew. The RC crew is absolutely fantastic!!! They are pleasant, helpful and are willing to go the extra mile in order for its passengers to feel safe, comfortable and most of all that we have a great experience. I’m beyond impressed and grateful that I was able to experience this adventure with Royal Caribbean. It was my first and most will not be my last. I booked two further cruises while being on the cruise. I would like to thank Sheldon, who cleaned my room every day. He did such an amazing job. It’s so funny how I would get lost constantly looking for my room and he would magically appear to guide or walk me to the room. Thank you to my dinner crew Sakban, Junlong and Francisco for making my dining experience so fun,interactive, entertaining and enjoyable. For all the chiefs and Staff for the great attention and great delicious food at the windjammer morning, noon and night. For Raymund(washy,washy) for the fun, entertaining and attentiveness. Thank you to the amazing staff at Zunie (habachi and sushi) Restaurant (Billy and Sally). Thank you to Esteban for helping me book my next two future cruises. Thank you to all the Staff from the royal beach club for the attentiveness, entertaining, hospitality and fun experience. Also the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you to all!!!
