used this app for a very short time. i paid for my rides but these people charged me for months regardless of use.
Lots of issues with the app, you end up paying for it, zero ways to actually contact anybody. It will cost more than an Uber and you have to pedal it.
Title says it all!
It goes really slow too slow to be safe and then speeds up on its own out of the blue. I’d rather walk than be at the mercy of this horrible machine
The first bike I rented wouldn’t start. Second bike had issues with the throttle and was squeaky the entire time then the battery seemed to wear out before I got to my destination and when I parked at the light green, but thinks it has battery. I tried to dispute it through the app and it wouldn’t let me and there was no way to contact support really terrible experience overall please give me my money back. It sucked.
Lags out will charge u extra and not end the ride scam and would bot rec get a uber or lyft instead
Ending the ride is a common task now. Even if the app is updated most do the time in unable to end the ride. I suspect that this is by design, that way Spin can make more money out of us. While complaining to customer service does work (after attaching screen recording showing attempts to end the ride), I’m still being charged additional minutes, which is unfair to us, the consumers. This glitching is hurting us and Spin is turning a blind eye.
This app is fine when it chooses to work, but it switches off after midnight, which means stranding you when a lot of people need it the most. It’s fun but don’t rely on it, bad experience overall
It’s great and fun
App has been horrible today. The camera function isn’t working and I’m unable to end rides.
