Why do you make it hard for you to take my money. Just awful and frustrating … working hard to hurt New Yorkers
The app helps a lot because the kiosks always have issues taking cards, but I hate that I constantly have to sign into it. It should at the very least keep you signed in for a 24 hour period. The sign in process takes longer than the time purchase for your car.
It would be great if it didn’t keep logging me out.
Why can’t I stay logged in? Why is it so difficult to switch what car I’m using? Why is the time setting a circle that is hard to set? Just let me enter numbers within the acceptable range. Outrageous that it charges an additional fee. They should put that money to making the actual meters work so I can tap and pay or use spare change and not deal with extra frustration on top of the frustration of finding a spot. Baffled by the high ratings - are we using the same app?

Although it does drain your battery with constant notifications.
Why? Persistent login that lasts at least a day or even a few hours can be standard. Waste of time to manually log in EVERY time.
This app when it works it’s easy to use, the issue being it’s very laggy and often kick you out. So something that should take a few seconds ends up being several minutes of frustration.
Love the usefulness of this app, so I will reserve three stars for that. But that I have to log in every single time—and there’s no option for FaceID—is such a huge bummer and time suck. Even Venmo lets me in without logging in.
