Order delivered to the wrong house no refund

My address got blocked from all deliveries because it shares the same location as a gun store. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even get customer service on the phone to appeal. Stupidest delivery service known to man.

I ordered some candy and a pacifier. I got the photo from this Brittany girl I went outside a few minutes later. I did not get my bag. I didn’t get a refund or nothing. They said it was my fault and yeah.

Ordering is a hassle when you keep getting the membership bs popup and they set it up in a way where you often hit it by accident

Looking for vegan food is painful on here. And the recommendations are absurdly bad even after months of ordering. Postmates still thinks I’m going to get excited for a pile of body parts smothered in mammary secretions.

They are terrible. Customer service is a joke.

As I said, every time I get on this app is the same thing! Never any good deals, only if you’re trying to get the Uber one(ps no one is doing that). Just please make it more friendly to people who don’t use the app regularly, and add a reward system maybe remove the surface fee too that thing it’s too much! Thanks

Their delivery driver did not bring me an item and they only refunded a small portion of the item. Support was impossible to contact after getting a partial credit. Straight stealing people’s money for food they never got and saying “it’s out of our hands sorry you had a bad experience”

Issue I had was driver put order in wrong location. I contacted customer support to get this resolved. I told them I wanted the tip removed from the driver put back on original payment method since they did not follow instructions. Postmates claimed they couldn't do it and after 4 calls and 8 live chats, they finally did so. They lied about doing in the first place wanted to only give credit back. They actually did give credit at one point after I told him I did not want credit and then they took it away. Blocked my phone number after the 4th call in trying to talk to a supervisor on the matter. It was only through the last live chat that they admitted that could give tip back to original payment method. Of the 12 different agents I talked to regarding the matter, only the last one told the truth, they all lied and didn't take any responsibility. Postmates is essentially lying to their customers about tips not being able to be refunded. It also is not in the terms of service, anywhere. Do you want to give you some credit only for you to order again. I will be deleting Postmates, Uber, & Uber Eats once this refund is processed in 3 to 5 days, as they claim. I had 33 deliveries in the calendar year from today. They have lost me as a customer. I'm looking into using DoorDash in the future, Because over there, you can take the tip back if there is a mistake by the driver.
