Terrible service

There are never any days available. Am I doing something wrong?
For weeks I have been unable to use the frontier app. I’ve redownloaded, used a new phone, and even tried to log out and back in, I can’t do anything with the app.
Made online travel purchase. Got confirmation number. Later, got mobile app with newly assigned Miles number; recognized my name—all seems fine. But I haven’t been able to add the purchased trip to Future Trips.
This has been my worst flight experience ever. From hidden charges to changing gates 4 times to delayed departures, it’s been a nightmare. I will never flight Frontier again.
I’m very thankful for this app! Easy to navigate and always updating to better their experience.

Quick service
As long as you take the time out to read everything and have some knowledge on how an airport function you should be good to go. Find out what cities have connecting flight flights I was in Jacksonville Florida and cannot get a flight to New Orleans. However, I was able to get one from Jacksonville to Atlanta and then book another one to go to New Orleans, which is the same thing you would do with a regular flight when you have a layover
