I’m not sure why this app is rated so low. I haven’t had any issues with it so far. It’s good at giving me live updates of all the Metra and CTA transportation. I always buy my tickets and passes through there and have had no issue connecting my physical Ventra card to the app. Love it!
Purchase button virtually impossible to click. Make it larger or move up page.
Do not download. I can’t log into my account and the rep was no help. Lost my money. Just get a physical card .
Randomly decides to stop working/reloading. It’s like they don’t want my money
I haven’t lived in the US in 4 years. I started commuting to Chicago daily so I wanted the app back. I don’t remember my username made in highschool forgive me. When I click retrieve username it says email sent. In fact it did not. When I create account I cannot because I have an existing account. I wish I could levitate as a result of this experience. First world can afford a basic functioning app. Very sad to see. Disappointed.

The app’s purchase button is positioned so low that I can’t press the purchase button for a Metra ticket. Fix it you idiots.
How does ventra manage to have the worst customer service in America? I assume they only hire people who were fired by the dmv and comcast.
