app froze after payment, happen to me and then my moms phone
App is alright, but service seems to get worse and worse every time I use it. Used to be a smooth ride which is why I used it, but recently has had an insane amount of delays and they don’t care if you have connections to make. For my most recent trip had to rebook for a missed connection due to Amtrak delays and the price was over 3x what I initially paid 🙄
PERFECT SAFE WAY TO TRAVEL. AFFORDABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE HIGH GAS PRICES
App is awful avoid it
Fonts are way too small for my old eyes, even with glasses. Site needs to to be better organized for mere mortals to use.
Every time I get a afternoon ticket it’s always delayed
Why accumulate points when one can’t even figure out the process of redeeming them. Not good.
