EVERYONE HATES SURVEYS
I appreciate how simple it is to see available appointments near me and to schedule a donation.
I looked at the rewards and pretty much all were out of stock. This would seem to be the usual. I talked to a representative who was unable to give a coherent explanation as to why a mug or other small item would not be available. Perhaps there should not be a rewards section if there’s nothing available.

I love using the App to make appointments and love that it keeps up with how much I’ve donated. It makes it easy to donate and do the questionnaire before your appointment to move along quickly

Extremely easy to use app. Really makes giving blood so much more efficient. Faster check-in since your donor card is right in the app, complete your rapid pass (aka reading through the questions) in the app, and the best part is you can follow your blood donation journey in the app and schedule your next donation!
