like in the title, the new update is awful and unnecessary. It contributed to me submitting my order to the wrong store and it’s such a pain to try to go through customer support
App disappears instantly on open attempt. Was working fine till a few days ago. Tried deleting and reinstalling several times.
Refreshing diversity of actually affordable and delicious grub🫶
I always order flatbread sandwiches & there is no button for toasted on the app (presumably bc it’s intuitive flatbread should always be toasted) however it is not to the employees!!!
Extremely terrible app literally made by a child no customer support at all
The app isn’t working its crashing upon opening. You change this app once a month leave well enough alone
PlEase go back to the old app; I’m not trying to go Karen over an app but, the new update made it literally impossible to order. I get asked to select 3 proteins (because none of my named favorites saved.) and it only lets me select two, and the app just, freezes when I try to select a third? The old app was so convenient and to the point, but the new update is unusable, so I had to just detour and mobile order some Taco Bell. And I love subway, but until the app is fixed, I genuinely won’t be able to make any orders.
Crashes on start up, time to hit jimmy johns
Updates are so bad. Where are setting hidden and how do I add new gift cards. Hire a UX person this is so bad now. Was good really bad now
Just did the new update and can’t even get on the app anymore. Very disappointed and will not be going to subway until it is fixed.
