The cookies should arrive hot and fresh most times they do not . But the quality is excellent.
I’ve tried cookies from multiple places, and Insomnia Cookies is my favorite. The cookies are consistently delicious, and I also like the rewards program, which lets customers earn points and rewards through purchases made in the app.

The cookies are delicious and staff at Georgetown O street shop are THE BEST.
I’ve tried twice now to place an order and each time I have to try to pay a million different ways and it still errors out. The UI is super clumsy. And it charged my cards like 20 times. Maybe it’s just a bug that no one else is complaining about but it’s like they had a 3rd grader as their digital product manager. It’s really bad. Cookies are ok though. Too bad the app doesn’t work.
The app is so easy to navigate and the offers are easy to find and use!
I couldn’t sleep now I’m eating cookies and ice cream.
Never purchased before, heard they were miles better than the competition. But I can’t even look at the menu with out the app crashing. I created an account, logged out as soon as they got my info and app crashed. Can’t log back in. Can’t place an order. Can’t even look at any locations around me. Don’t get this until they fix it. Deleting. Wasn’t a customer before and my family and I will continue to not be customers I guess.
