Super slow and doesn’t work all the time
I like that I can remote start the car, unlock/ lock remotely without keys and also adjust temperature. The location finder is awesome. But the app is kinda slow and I find I have to do it twice to have it work.
The app keeps telling me that there’s an update available for 48 hours. When I open the app to install, it says no updates are available and there’s no history of updates. Just frustrating - I’d rather have no app at all than a glitchy one.
Months of not being able to login to the app. Customer support has been very apologetic and caring. Tech support claims to have been working on and resolving the issue. Nothing has changed, even after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. App is broken or something. Idk, I am just a guy driving a 2018 CRV. Iphone 17 pro.
I love that I have download and install your privacy violating app, just disable your privacy violating data sharing on my vehicle…and then the damned thing just errors out. This is my eight Honda vehicle and my last
Better now that it has been updated, convenient to request or schedule service. I like the alert if someone has opened doors when the car has been locked. Update on my review after subscribing for two years. One functionality aspect I enjoyed was having the ability to keep my key fob with me and my wife being able to unlock the doors as a secondary driver. For whatever reason, the ability to “manage” drivers was removed due to an issue that I am not aware of. Contacting support didn’t go anywhere and it’s been like this for almost a year as of this month. I won’t be renewing my subscription when it’s time for renewal.
Recall notice shows for days after it’s already been performed by a dealer. I have to restart the app every time I want to do anything. App automatically opens when I get in the car if I have my phone unlocked.
Having this feature in the base models are really a game changer
Unable to register for the app bc the site keeps timing out
Just sits and spins indefinitely when you try to register for an account. Great app guys. Very useful.
As a big Honda fan I feel sad that app had such a poor communication with my vehicle. A lot of times it would not turn on the climate control remotely because “vehicle is already active”??? even though I see my car parked and locked. Also takes really long time to send a request to my car to turn on the climate. Prologue 2024
