Ring - Always Home

The problem with cloud based “security” systems is if your internet is down or a perp cuts your incoming internet connection you have zero security.

I updated my Ring app today, and now the Snooze icon is gone from the top of the page. I hope to go to each individual device to select snooze. With 5 devices, this is a major inconvenience. Also, i don’t want to add neighbors but yet the neighbor icon is where the snooze icon was previously located. I loved the Ring app until this happened.

JUNE 2026 UPDATE Ring pushes out a so-called update every few days that fix nothing. How buggy is your app that so many updates are needed? The website is worse, pushing upsell ads, with the same ad repeating for years on end. I already pay a subscription and will buy nothing more your relentless ads keep pushing. ———— Stop forcing AI. I never opted in. Privacy invasion, as other users are telling you. Time to listen to your customers.

App should have a siren shortcut button on the Home Screen, not just in camera view. Also it’d be cool if the siren could be triggered across all cameras not just one.

Just received my doorbell and tried to create my account, and this silly app won’t accept my password. The app agrees that all criteria were met but then an error occurs. I tried having my phone to create the app, and the same issue occurred. I really hate this c$&p.

Not keeping a charge.

Under no circumstances, do not purchase anything from this people because if you don’t pay, they will do anything they can to stop you using your own physical cameras you paid for because you’re not paying them, they will block you using your cameras by disabling them including blocking your account so you cant even go on the account settings to unlock your cameras to use it with in your network. Absolutely jack *** this people are. I should of known at the beginning how crooked they run their business, was spoused to get discount if i signed up for yearly, even though i paid upfront for a year after run arounds i give up without any discount, after all amazon owns it, I should not be surprised

I am very pleased with my Ring system.

Even though you gave 108 back, he was only supposed to give me $50. I paid $108 for a whole year then you guys canceled it. That you turn around you gave me back my money and then you turned it off completely so I will not go back to Ring. I’m gonna go to somewhere else that I don’t have to pay nothing so I will not get Ring again since you guys when I paid for it and then you canceled my prescription and I did not give you permission after I gave you $108 and then I had you only cancel the small one so I can just have the doorbell in the front of the house but then you just turn that off so now I will not go back to Ring. Thank you. I will not go back to you guys.
