Why internet 🛜 keeps loading? Too slow I’m paying $52 autopay a monthly
until this fully works with business accounts, I can’t use this app for anything.
If you look at the other reviews a lot of them have nothing to really do with the app itself and just Tmobile. Although Tmobile is great, the app itself is no good. The app is slow and is constantly running into issues when you’re at a store location to do orders. The app has a hard time when you want to do multiple transactions or just trying to do basic stuff in a store location like change of responsibilities. It also is a hard time when you’re metro customer doing the switch. It will not allow you to get out of the phone number, to run an app for Tmobile, which is extremely hard in stores for employees because they are FORCED to use the app. Not perfected and app needs a lot of updates.
Can’t even log in
This app works well overall, but the fact that it does not support prepaid plans is absurd.

Highly overpaid CEO and useless customer service reps who can’t explain a simple thing in the English ( keep repeating same statement over and over on the phone)
Every single time I try to open it I get an error that some thing went wrong in there end which is annoying
My password is locked in but everytime Intry to use it I am prompted to change password again. Then it responds that password was used 6 years ago and can’t be used… If asked once more Inwill no longer try.
