I got a text over 2 weeks ago saying my background check cleared and it never updated in the app.

This was my first job on the app pleasant work environment I’m very pleased

They show you available gigs BUT as you click on it they want you to “complete all the requirements “ the identity verification you already did then you get message like oh your background check won’t be ready by the time this gig starts. The background check I already did a week ago??? The w2 and 20 step process I already did. I don’t understand robbing people of opportunity to get work.

can’t even get past uploading a profile picture. this is a known issue with this app yet they still force you to use your live camera instead of just uploading a photo from your gallery.

Showed up to Jitsu. I was told there were no routes of course AGAIN!! I bet they will mark me as a no-show and I won’t receive my half pay AGAIN!!! This has to be the worst app when it comes to customer service! There is no way it takes almost 3 weeks to respond to an issue that requires immediate attention!! The customer service is so horrible they spell customer with a K not a C!! They send you to these places who don’t like to pay third-party, which would be us Wonoloers. Wonolo hangs you out to dry right along with them. Don’t waste your time!!!!

I had to drive an hour and a half to go to the job site to tell them to fix my time $25 in gas wasted because they said I would have my money in 2 hours. Guess what? They still haven’t paid me. I checked my bank account and they didn’t even pay me the $.26 that they said I earned for working 8 hours. Tried to report them to the labor board and when I go to the website it tells me to call. When I call it tells me to file the complaint online.worked at LSG Sky Chef on Saturday. When I got to work I clocked in and the screen went black so I tried to clock in again but immediately realized that I had clocked out. I informed the supervisor and he assured me that he would fix my time. I worked from 7am until 3:30pm and only got paid $.26 for working for 1 minute. I have tried to contact LSG and Wonolo about this and surprise, neither have a working number that you can call and neither of them has responded to my emails. This is the second time this has happened with Wonolo which is why I stopped accepting jobs from them a few years back. My husband died last month and I have bills to pay. I can’t afford to do back breaking work for anyone and then not get paid for it. I am going to report them to the department of labor if this issue isn’t fixed by tomorrow 4/1/26. ANOTHER UPDATE; 04/30/26 Quick payments? No! If I wanted to wait a week to get paid I would have a conventional job. I worked on 04/26/26 and the requester hasn’t even approved the job yet. Since it’s Thursday, that means that I may not get paid until Monday 5/1/26. This is ridiculous
