Ring Central has many great features, and consistently creates new innovations. I really like that I can use it via my cell phone, and I can quickly transfer between a desktop phone and the cell. And having the ability to text is great.

They lied to get us signed up. We moved from Vonage to Nextiva to Ring and we’re back with Vonage. I’d wager they don’t pay their workers a livable wage as well

If I could put 0 stars I would! Horrible company. They provide zero customer support, they only care about charging you the next bill, not solving your problems. The IT people will laugh in your face when saying how frustrated you are that for the past six months you haven’t received client calls because of mistakes on their end. Could not recommend any less!

I was misguided by the reviews on this app, to make the long story short. I helped my dad start a company, and our accountant told us to use a “call re direct” service. So we went with ring, we talked to one of their reps and they were nice and all. When it came to finalizing it everything, we were told to sign a contract that was necessary for us to begin utilizing their services and to allow them to make automatic payment. Well turns out they forgot to mention the part where they lock you down for 2 years and there’s nothing you can do. We don’t use ring at all, the service wasn’t for us, we are almost a year into the contract and they won’t let us cancel. Customer service isn’t of any help, stating that “clearly the contact stated so”. One thing is giving us a contract to sign, while telling us it is simply to allow auto pay and be able to utilize your service. Bunch of scum.

Our business switched from Vonage and was the best decision ever made. It just works especially for Mac users where we had so many problems.

It’s great, but my Apple Watch doesn’t ring. If I don’t have my phone near/around/off silent I’ll miss a call. Would love Apple Watch support

When are you guys going to update the app icon so it properly supports dark mode? Right now the bright white icon is really harsh at night and stands out badly against a dark home screen. I’m partially blind and the brightness actually hurts my eyes enough that I had to move the app to my second page just to avoid constantly seeing it. A dark mode icon option would really help accessibility and overall usability.

When you call in for support they barely speak English. They don’t set up your account correctly. They forget to record every call!!!! They blame you for not setting it up but they don’t cover it correctly in their setup call. You have to figure it out. The call notes turn off and on by itself. You have to monitor your account like a hawk! They add texting! You try to cancel and you miss the window but you never signed up for it.
