I can’t afford to watch the ticker all day, and that’s why the push alerts would be great if they worked. Instead of it saying go to my phone settings. My notifications are on in settings, but it still doesn’t notify me about my stocks. My other notifications come in, but for some reason, Cash App won’t.
Free card? No taxes? What more could you want
I have been unable to order a new card for years now since my last one was deactivated against my consent. They say I went against the terms but I have read them and failed to see which terms I went against by asking more information about an unfamiliar charge. Just so you are aware as a customer they will deactivate your card without your consent if you inquire about an unfamiliar purchase more than once. I have never had this issue with any other service. Chime has been a great replacement and their customer service has been helpful when I inquired about similar concerns. At this point I only keep it to send money to people who only use this service. Not customer friendly or oriented in any way and very unhelpful
Please do not get this app they will close your account for random reasons saying it’s a violation and it’s not. Cash App will deactivate your account no matter if you use it as a bank to pay things, or if you run a business such as hair salons or nail salons an this is where your clients pay they will close your account permanently no matter the reason.

I transferred and received money with no problems the first time. My wife transfers $400 then I tried to transfer it to my bank card and it declines saying “due to suspicious activity”. I called and they said they could not help and have to wait for the investigation to finish. My question is, I’m LITERALLY on the phone. Why couldn’t they just verify everything then? What happens if they think it’s fraudulent activity?…. What happens to our money? Someone gonna call us? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard and this is why I don’t use apps like this and will more than likely never use it again.
