Not helpful with scams :(
I transferred and received money with no problems the first time. My wife transfers $400 then I tried to transfer it to my bank card and it declines saying “due to suspicious activity”. I called and they said they could not help and have to wait for the investigation to finish. My question is, I’m LITERALLY on the phone. Why couldn’t they just verify everything then? What happens if they think it’s fraudulent activity?…. What happens to our money? Someone gonna call us? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard and this is why I don’t use apps like this and will more than likely never use it again.
Very smooth signing sign-up process
Was trying to download 05/28/2026 and I got through the registration and it crashed immediately. Shut down completely. Now it won’t open the app at all. Attempted to delete and redownload. Restarted phone. Customer service directs me to the app that doesn’t even open. 😂😂

I tried to get my parent to sponsor me and then it randomly cancels so I sent another one it randomly canceled again so then I sent another one and it said that I ran out of sponsorship requests I have something to do later today and I need to get myself sponsored but now I have to wait a whole week
