App crashes a lot causing you positions to disappear meaning you can’t cash out or see how anything going and support is terrible I would depend on them to piss on me if I was on fire.If you wanna gamble take yourself somewhere reliable like kalshi
During the spain vs Belgium game today they robbed a bunch of people by not allowing them to trade their bets during the game. Which is the whole point of this app. THERE IS NO SUPPORT. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Download Kalshi instead
They have been falsely promoting a FREE50 coupon code that is supposed to give you $50 after you deposit $20, but that is false. I have not received my money, and when I try to contact support, no one responds. It is all a scam.
Nothing good to say. Kalshi is top dog for a reason and that’s not changing any time soon
I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for a while through the app and no response back in over a week. My account won’t let me trade or withdraw, only deposits. I tried reaching out via email but no luck either.

The game randomly cashes when you are up in money and want to cash out. This company makes billions off us and still messes with peoples money, it’s not right.
They wouldn't let me withdraw my winnings of $253. I tried to withdraw the money to my card twice. They promised to look into it, but I never heard back. I have screenshots of my conversations with support. I do not recommend them.

Made a bet without promo money and won. Says it’ll take 4 business days to withdraw and has been past 4 business days and still won’t let me withdraw.

To start off I used the code FREE50 when I joined Polymarket and once I deposited the necessary amount I did not get my free $50 betting credit. Not only that but support is extremely slow and unreliable. And cashing out isn’t guaranteed, which seems extremely scammy. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Polymarket.
