I’ve updated this app a dozen times in the last two days, and it just keeps popping up to update. Stuck in an update loop!

When purchasing ice cream discounts are never applied properly. Poorly designed app.

When I try to add a card it will just keep loading and then time out.

You would think in the year that Ai takes over every company that something as simple as ice cream would have a workable app. As soon as you submit payment you have to wait to get an email to confirm because once you tap to pay it’ll let you keep paying for the same order over and over again. You want to track your order? Well you better close the app and reopen because the pay screen will never confirm you paid. Absolutely ridiculous how long they take to issue refunds but will be fine charging you as many times as they can get away with.

The app does the basics, but it has a tendency to be glitchy, such as missing topping options or preventing me from removing an item from the cart.

The product is wonderful. Pricey but I like to spoil myself occasionally because I get to customize my treat. The change in the app makes it more difficult to customize!!

Ffs, this is the third time I’ve ordered something to go to the store and be told it’s a discontinued flavor or it was a limited flavor and they no longer have it. KEEP THE DB UPDATED SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN. Also in store can’t refund the order because it’s technically a website order. So you kind of just gotta make something else up that you didn’t want

The employees are so awesome!

Staff is super nice and the app is very detailed and easy to navigate 10/10

Received order very late. No apologies. Barely any ice cream. Could have used a flat lid. Disappointing for the price.
