Localize - Farmers Market

They are very supportive of everyone who uses the app and does not leave anyone out if they want to use it.

I understand that you guys are doing it on your own & you need to make your money outside of people simply buying produce off you.. however I think you guys should include that you have to subscribe in your Ads. I don’t recall seeing that at all & forgive me if you did inform us of that in the Ad & I missed it. Genuinely really was excited to use this app but considering my other financial responsibilities.. I can’t afford to pay $30 a month for it.

The app is basically Google Search for $27/year. It just gives you links to local sites selling meat from Japan and Australia. Not exactly what you expect when you hear “local farmers”, right?

This app is not useful at all unless you purchase an annual subscription. Advertised as “free with in app purchases” which usually means certain features are locked, this app is unusable without payment. I’m sure it’s wonderful, but it also lies upfront and that’s not good business or good community work.

Would be an entirely different scenario if there customer support page didn’t advertise “24hr response”. I’m a struggling college student trying to make an inquiry about a payment method. I’ve sent emails to 2 or 3 different parts of this “LLC” on three different days now and have not even received a response back. You advertise for the community, but you have zero intent to engage with the community. At least when apple is trying to “eff me in the a-” with a subscription, they send me an email saying “Hey! We effed you in the a-“ I’m reading some of these reviews and I’m not the only one experiencing these types of issues. You are killing your reputation, and you sort of are who you’re advocating against. A money hungry liar… They have 3 other apps: the carnivore diet, the quit weed, and some ridiculous trivia clash royal marketing scheme 😂 One pace, I will leave a 1 star review everyday until you at least give me the courtesy to respond to ONE of my emails sent.

This app is great and allows you to get the right food for the best prices so you can treat your body right

Starting to cook more in my new home, I’ve been very passionate about trying to eat a simple, organic diet. In a world of huge food companies that care much more about money than our health, Localize stands out as a community taking a stand. The app instantly showed me little nearby farms that I didn’t know existed where I can now get organic whole foods! On top of an amazing app, the amazing customer service is what stood out to me. Their mission is to give everyone access to local food, even if they can’t afford the subscription right now. People like the Localize team give me hope for our future, definitely give it a try and support them!

I’m not going to pay for something that can easily be researched for free. Google is a thing. And once you find one local farm you find more.

It’s an app that shows you farms in your area that sell direct to consumer except you have to pay to see the farms where you the consumer can pay for goods… Subscription based capitalism sucks.

This is such a helpful app, my family is currently on a holistic journey & this app helps tremendously. We will definitely be recommending to our friends & family! Thank you!
