I have created an account. I see my medication. Every single time - and I mean *every single time* - I’m getting an error message or I’m told the information is unavailable at this time. I will need an alternate method to get my medications. This app is so disappointing.

Every time I login to log my medication, the app freezes. I have to exit out and restart multiple times just to scan the barcode on my vile. So frustrating!!

Seriously, we’re 26 years into the 21st century, get it together. I am not going to manually enter everything in this useless app. It all exists already in my Apple Health app which gathers everything from many other sources. Also, amazingly! Your own Libre CGM app doesn’t even communicate with this app. Please, hire a CTO; and then do everything they suggest.

This is America. The language in American is English. Why are these people promoting in a language the American population cannot understand? If you are living in a different country you learn their language. Same as anywhere else. Why do I have to conform to make foreigners feel more comfortable in MY country??? LEARN ENGLISH OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I’M SICK OF ADS, LET ALONE THE ONES IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH!!

I have been using the app for the past few months and it’s been great in tracking weight, a1c etc. goals are a great motivation to keep challenging ourselves.

I’ve been entering my daily weight, vital stats, and the calorie of every crumb that I ate for the past 2 months. The app made tracking all this unbelievably easy. But then I was forced to update the app and afterwards, all my data entries were gone like so many other users in these reviews. So beware. Don’t trust this app to record your weight loss journey.

I use this app every day and really like it. The problem I find is that every time it updates, I lose all of my previous data.

After the update, all my weight tracking progress is gone. Initial weight and goal is there, but not all my tracking. App was working great before the “performance update”

Just updated to recent version and all of my saved meals are gone. Previous food input is now gone!! Don’t you test these updates before implementing!!! So frustrating as I’ve lost all my info.

Upgrade deleted my data. Lost saved meals etc of 2 months. Activities missing: golf, tennis, hiking, pickle ball

Just opened my app after the update. All of my historical food data has been lost. Meals saved are lost. Weigh ins and medication logs are lost. Please tell me this update will soon have a bug fix as well. Maybe try a little basic regressive testing before pushing out a broken update that loses user data….

Something keeps coming up from the bottom of the app (some kind of blank white screen) that can’t be dismissed and won’t swipe down. There is no kind of x on it to close it. Swiping down does nothing. It just comes back up. There is no button. No text. This pop up makes the app unusable. Even if you terminate the app it still comes back up at the next login. Avoid using.
