Spent an hour to reset password- no luck

My building recently switched to this service. Every time I try and do laundry, I am frustrated with the technical bugs within the apps. It seems like with every use, machines won’t scan or won’t respond, so I have to switch my laundry several times before I can actually start a load, wasting detergent and time. When I try to report an issue, the QR code reads in as false, so I can’t even report an issue. I genuinely despise this system.

This app blows more than a lot lizard in the 70s

I was so stressed at the beginning when they change all the washers and dryers. Of course the app. But after a few intents it work. Now the only issue is if one machine doesn’t work they won’t give you your money back

I do not like this app. I really wish I could go back to the old app. When I tried to do the laundry. I did a quick scan. The stupid app would not connect right away. After about 5 minutes of closing the app. It finally connected. Then I had to add money before I could do laundry. So the question is. When I move. Will I get my unused money back? This is not app friendly. It’s could be just in my 17 Pro Max. Not sure. But i already hate this app.

So easy to use all the way around. I cannot say the first bad thing!

The time is off a little but love it

This is the “new” version of the CSC Service Works mobile app, an app that stole money from me when it randomly stopped working. Now this new version is extra slow and clunky, but I’m forced to use it because the payment kiosk in my laundry room never works. They are essentially scamming people out of working equipment, and out of a working app. The “report a problem” section doesn’t work at all. The drop down boxes don’t drop down and it won’t let you fill in the report box. This is a scam app by a scam company that is stealing people’s money. How anyone gives this good reviews is a mystery. The app doesn’t even work how it’s supposed to.

Worst app ever. Why move from the csc app that did work? This app is buggy, slow, crashes all the time. Laundry isn’t fun and using this app just makes it miserable

I have never been more frustrated by an app than I am by One Tap Away. It keeps logging me out without my doing so and whenever I try to access my account again it tells me I have the wrong password. Since I had to reset my password before because of ongoing problem, I took a picture the last time I reset it and yet it still won’t let me access my account. I’ve tried resetting my password again, except it keeps telling me that I’ve used that password before. The problem is that I am trying to create new passwords that I have never before used, ones with completely random sequences that I couldn’t possibly have used. I’ve now tried this two dozen times and yet it will not let me access my account. I have money on that account that I can no longer use that this app just gets to keep. I can now no longer use the laundry in my building and will have to pay more to send it out. Also, don’t try to use the Google or Apple automatic login because God forbid you ever accidentally used the wrong one. It will not let you change it even if you delete the account, delete the app, or delete even the information from your phone. This app is such a scam and I hate that my building doesn’t have another option.

This is the worst laundry app ever. It glitches, takes forever to load and has too much going on.

UPDATE: support on the phone states that I have to be “in the laundry room” to see what machines are available. What is the point of an app then? Seeing availability is one of the only two selling points of this app- the other being that you don’t need quarters. Therefore the app does not work as advertised. I have added my home building address to my profile in this app. Why, then, does it refuse to show me machines at that address? Instead, I can only see the availability of the machines in a different building next door. I can’t check to see if either of the TWO washers in my own building are available! The old CSC GO app worked better. If you insist on building the app based on Bluetooth and location, you should at least be able to save a “favorite” building, or show the building listed in a user’s profile. Showing whatever laundry machines happen to be close to a cell phone at any given moment is useless.
