app wont allow me to login with apple or google id. A prompt about cookies being disabled but they are enabled. I also can’t create an account. I get an error page.

Support number is only available during certain hours. The app setup is frozen on the permissions screen and I can’t scroll to complete the setup. I deleted and reinstalled it several times. So now I have dirty laundry covered in detergent and will have to do the best I can in a hotel sink. Ridiculous app and no service.

It took a while to get used to, but the APP makes it easier. Loading money on to the card is super convenient.

I will never reside anywhere again that uses csc for their machines. i cant tell you how many times your faulty machines and glitchy app have taken my money and produced nothing, and have absolutely ruined my day countless times. Horrible company, horrible app. Whoever is behind this, I hope you get gutted from groin to chin in front of your family.

Rarely works correctly. Often has system errors.

Less features in this app version. There’s no way to correct the cycle if you accidentally pay . For instance, you didn’t realize the dryer was set on high temperature. You can’t set it to low. There’s no option to cancel and restart the load. This is also true for the washers We’re in an age of computer and they’ve dumped everything down. It’s no longer smart

Works about 60% of the time

It’s dumb enough to only give one option to add time. Then having to keep clicking to add. It’s buggy! You can add time, one time, and it’s fine. But when you try again, it can’t! It stays on connecting and doesn’t do anything. Force closing the app works sometimes. Then you have to do it again and again! It’s been months. Plus the controller is a raspberryPi

You can expect the price to dry a load of laundry to go up 2.5x inside of three years. You can expect them to randomly launch new “apps” and not transfer over balances from old apps. They require your email to do laundry and then send unending spam and don’t respect “Unsubscribe”. There are giant proctor and gamble advertising posters in all the laundry rooms in the building now—because doubling the price isn’t enough for these greedy pigs, they have to sell advertising, too. The single washer on my floor that they just installed NEW for this BS app launch doesn’t work and now I have to drag my laundry to other floors, as a disabled person. They’re “waiting for parts” and it might be months. We had a machine that worked fine before. The new machines in the building aren’t front loaders so they’re rougher on clothes that I don’t have the money to replace. I am just so sick of how PE has destroyed this country. And this app is yet another example of PE making my life worse. If anyone reading this review has any say in a decision of whether or not a building uses CSC Serviceworks for laundry, Just Say No.
