Worst
Asking me how I feel about caring for plants?! No thanks ! How pathetic!
Not worth it. I tried it on 4 of my plants and said it couldn't help and try again. I went to try to use the app contact us page and ask for a refund and it just sits there. The submit button won't do anything. So now I paid $34 for something that didn't work well and they don't stand behind there refund policy because you can't even start the process to ask
Not a free app not trying to get drained for a app
I was charged $19.99 plus tax per WEEK for this app that is advertised as $9.99/week. The price is outrageous! I emailed their support team who said they processed a refund for me, but over a month later no refund has been received. Now they no longer respond to my emails inquiring that they check the status. What a scam!!!!
Advertisement says it’s free, but it’s not.
I thought this was a free app. It’s .29 for the first week then $19.99 per WEEK after that?? Come on man! Really? I don’t believe so. Such a ripoff!
As soon as it starts wants me to pay
I downloaded the app and was going to do a trial. It ended up doing a yearly subscription . Ok, not much so I tried to use the app. I can’t. It keeps taking me to the trial but when I say ok- it says I have a subscription but have no option to login. I tried going to Apple login and then report a problem through the app but just keeps having me login which I did several times. Beware!!!! Don’t ever download!!
My Mother had a green thumb. She used to say she could look at a plant and know what it needs. Just like this app. Her favorite plants are orchids. The hardest plant to grow. She passed away last year. I’m hoping my thumb will turn from black to green. With the help of this app, I hope I will be the best at taking care of my plants.
19.99 a week to identify a plant…. Not happening
I downloaded your app and I paid $34.99 and now it’s telling me that I have to pay another $12.99 per month to use this app! I think this a scam and they ripped me off! There’s nowhere to sign into the app and you can’t get past the subscription fee page. I’m deleting it because it’s useless and it’s a scam! Deana M
