Only care about money, not at all as advertised. Dont fall into the trap

The app today is a lot different than when I first signed up. It has a whole new feel to it. I really don’t like it anymore. It has books that you can review, but I’ve read many of the books that I’ve gone through in this app and it’s really not the same thing.
I got this trial and the app was not at all what I expected. It was poor content and difficult to navigate. I tried to cancel the free trial but was unable to do so prior to the trial date ending. Refused a refund less than one day after end of trial period.
I’m impressed! Excited to use this app versus doom scrolling social media.
I am giving it the lowest rating because it keeps advertising the Paladin app which makes me think is the same company. If it is then it’s the same money hungry company that took money away from me when I was doing the free trial with Paladin but I asked for a refund I never heard from them back.
This app does not let you know they will charge you $69.99 for the app. And you cannot cancel. I am reporting this app to the FBI the BBB and my bank for fraudulent practices. The app also totally sucks. The books suck. The whole thing is garbage.
I thought I canceled my free trial…..nope I am locked up n for one year. I requested it to be cancelled against n as soon as I saw the charge on my account that day….ignored. I have no clue how I purchased the subscription but you have to check through Apple or through Google whatever before you can request a refund so the very complicated process they wanna make sure you can’t get your money back.
The WORST app. Tried the free trial, being told that I would get a notification two days before the subscription renewed. Ended up not even using the app because it has general ideas/concepts that you can find ANYWHERE! I didn’t get a notification reminding me about the start of the renewal, I woke up to my bank statement showing they took 70$ out of my account. $70 for an app no one has heard of. Not worth it, at all.
They do not bill through iCloud. I thought I had auto renew turned off since it was not on my subscription list. I was billed directly from the app creator. They refused to give me a refund.
