This app is not free at all! You have to pay or start a “free trial” if you even want to start a lesson. Absolute bs
Long survey in the beginning and nothing useful into app. Don’t waste your time
I am very interested in philosophy but I don’t have a lot of time to read. This app is perfect!
You sign in and boom the first chapter comes with a subscription nah no thank you
Don’t waste time scrolling. Change your mind with this app.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I have no idea how they pulled $75 from my account without me authorizing or even signing up. All I did was download the app. I haven't even opened it. It showed up as a suspicious charge on my account.
Helped me replace scrolling on social media in the mornings and has helped me through a challenging time in my life. Worth every penny.
I love the app. But right now I just can’t even afford a $75 a year subscription which is sad on my part, I know. But I reached out to them via email and I was promptly responded to and reimbursed. I’ve never seen a company be so HUMAN. I pray that your company prospers because you treat people the way you would love to be treated of you were in their shoes. Great app, great team behind the app.
I’ve only done 5 lessons. They’re very basic but really great for a starter session. I hope the lessons become more complex. So far, it does not disappoint and give sent it to my young teenage son.
Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged more than $75 for something I never ordered and never used. When I contacted customer service and requested a refund, they refused to take responsibility or correct the issue. Charging customers for unauthorized services and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. Their customer support was unhelpful and showed no concern for resolving the problem. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I will never use this company again and would strongly caution others to check their accounts carefully before doing business with them.
App takes trial/payment off of Apple and into Stripe on their own website. Makes it harder to manage the trial/cancellation through the App Store like many other apps.
This is the fourth time I attempt to reach out to them because I am requesting a full refund since I don’t use the app at all and got charged for an entire year. I kindly requested assistance as soon as possible but it’s been over a month, 4 emails I’ve sent and no response. This is very frustrating because it seems like they refuse to resolve my query. Be careful with your money!
