The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more. • How to find your school district and login information • - The ParentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. ParentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code. - The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information. • Requirements • - Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the ParentVUE mobile application. Please contact your school district’s administration to verify the Synergy® SIS version. - An internet connection is required. - The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. Contact your school district’s administration if you do not have this login information.

I have kids in different schools and can’t see both of their profiles
I frequently find myself having to delete the app and reinstall because of bugs. I wish the school district doesn’t force us to use this.
After download, I entered the correct zip code. But no school district appears for selection. And entire app freezes. I simply don’t understand why school districts work with them.
Literally why
This update is terrible can’t even log in or find my kids info it’s worthless and the other app was way better I could actually use it
Password not working and when trying forgot password it says doesn’t match what is on file. When you make an app you test it first, you don’t collect your check and walk away. Just shut down the app and when you can hire a real professional then try again.
You can’t get rid of the keyboard to toggle to a different field to fill in verification code. This is not an improvement.
Not able to log in, the old version was a piece of cake, but I can’t seem to get passed the log in page on this new version
not sure if some folks just vibecoded this and skipped any kind of QA. Some menus don’t work at all and app is only half usable
App sends a bunch of notifications for a single event.

It has Prev/next buttons that doesn’t work at all. Pretty slow in displaying screens. UI is so noisy, should be simple and clean for everyone to use.
