I tried to redeem a reward on my account for a free bundt cake, but the app said I already used the reward (which I didn’t). When I tried again, the reward was gone from my account. Thank goodness the worker was kind enough to give me my free reward. Thanx makes terrible reward redemption apps and the same thing happened to me with their Salt & Straw app.

I find it so completely frustrating when a brand like this one attempts to market to individuals by printing the use of their app. When I finally installed the app, the promotional code wouldn’t work. Even verified with an employee that the code was still valid. The employee seeing that the app wasn’t working did nothing to assist. Insisting that the owners don’t allow that kind of assistance. So what a great experience?! Invite us to use the app, then reneg on the promotion and showcase that will a handcuffed employee who does nothing but see an j haiku potential customer walk out the door. Well done Bundt. well done!
