I’m trying to sign up and the ‘sign in/sign up’ option just keeps telling me ‘your account can’t be found’. Yea, because I hadn’t made one yet. I cant even contact support since i dont have an account. Is the app closed off for new accounts?
You can’t even reorder anything when you’re signed in. UX is trash. Awful and lazy.

The app applied the discount initially, but then removed it after checkout, i even took the screenshot before placing it they still refuse to adjust the price
The app fuctionalities is just so confusing :( The cups are awful. Can't even described by words. :(( I think heytea's lifespan is almost there for sure.
I visited this shop and requested "no ice" because I’m sensitive to cold drinks. I was told that choosing no ice meant I would only receive 70% of the cup's volume. It’s disappointing to see a brand penalize customers for a simple preference. I paid for a full drink, not a cup of ice with a side of tea.
Beautiful and functional UI, love the estimated wait time feature. Ordering is super easy and stress-free.
Doesn’t work in mainland China. People travel. Why limit to Hong Kong and Macao?!?!
밀크티 두잔에 스티커 세트 주문했는데 어플에는 밀크티 세잔으로 나와요 직원분들도 제조 완료 후 즉시 업로드 하지않아서 괜히 매장에서 사람 멍하게 기다리게 해요 좀 수정하세요 사용감은 기존 카페어플 중에 최악입니다 그리고 끝까지 저는 스티커도 수령하지 못했구요… 진짜 실망입니다
