I didn’t think this app could get any worse. It was already the absolute worst app I have ever used in my entire life, but now it has somehow gotten even worse. I can only login in once and it repeatedly asks me to set up a passkey, which I have done at least 15 times now, but it never persists. Then when the app crashes when I seek reimbursement, it says I can’t use a passkey but that I need a government ID to register…. I don’t think I have ever been so enraged by a piece of technology in my life. I honestly hate this app, but since it is my only option from my company, I am forced to use it.
stop forcing us to update just to use the app. seems like i have to update this stupid thing every single time i just want to log in. i get it security yada yada but like.. find a balance man this is getting out of hand
I can never check my balance because it requires you to set up a passkey, but it’s not compatible with MS Authenticator so it just fails every time without giving you another way to authenticate. Even though you have to get a code. It’s so frustrating.
No way to correct mistakes or to delete a submission. You can actually resubmit the same entry over and over, which I’m not sure why it’s even an option. The app freezes. Cannot scroll down at times. It doesn’t recognize previously entered providers. And if you have CVS receipts you need to enter the address for every si for one every time. I set up a passkey, got confirmation. Every time I try to log in I have to go through setting up a new passkey. It never works. I haven’t even tried to do anything else on the app yet… Please, please hire someone who can actually design a working app and someone who can organize information in a logical way. It feels like a scattered brain created the app and everyone cheered what a great accomplishment and then published it. So disappointed. I’m considering giving up on health saving accounts all together because the time it takes to enter receipts for reimbursement is absolutely ridiculous. I really hope someone in charge reads these reviews and decides to take their role seriously.
Very frustrating app. The information is days old. The balance is never correct.
Every update or something it tells me I need to register for a new passkey. Behavior is inconsistent. Won’t allow sign in with password
Please fix the passkey issue. This is ridiculous. Cannot even access my account through google either bc it does the same thing as the app…
The app glitched and froze on the transfer window. The button did not confirm a transfer and therefore several were made in the background.
This app glitches all the time. Ever since they added this two step verification process their app has never worked properly. It logs me out randomly with no warnings. It won’t accept the investment trade I place even though I have plenty of funds in the account and there’s no pending trades. Customer service response to this hasn’t not been timely and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue as it continues to persist. Find a different HSA option if possible
The people who make this app go out of their way to make using it a miserable experience. I hate it and this company.
