I select “every other day” and the app still puts the reminder for every day. Uninstalled
I have 3 different medication reminder apps, because hey, NASA does everything in triplicate! Medisafe is my favorite! It works great, but to be perfectly honest, the thing I like most about it is the fact that my voice reminders now sound like a Jedi Knight ‼️
Clever and useful. Thank you. Two suggestions: 1) Enlarge and/or increase contrast of the tiny, tiny little icons at top; 2) add Meal as a category and ask for Start and Finish time. Reason for this one? People who take Carbidopa-Levodopa 3-5 times a day as I do benefit from timing meals 30-60 minutes before or after finishing a meal. Most meals contain protein which defeats C-L effectiveness.

I have used the app for years and now it crashes all the time. It takes up to 30 attempts to open it. Contacted them and zero fixes but they told me they would fix it.
I’ve used this app for several years - it was free and very helpful and relatively simple. Now it costs $60 yr, and I can’t even navigate your transition. Very sad to lose this reminder.
I have been using Medisafe for a couple years. I have been very pleased with the performance up until recently. It is now hard to open to open, and keep open. I just updated to IOS 26.5. Now I can’t get it over at all help!
Great app for reminding and family tracking but it should sync the med list and if taken with apple health. You shouldn’t have to add the meds from scratch it should sync the meds and only need to manually touch the fields that apple did not have. Currently if you want to keep your meds in apple health you need to track both apps separately.
This app I was worked great until about a couple years ago and no matter what I do it Will not sync correctly with my Apple Watch. It shows medicine that I no longer take. And the ones that I do take if I put I take them it does not sync it to my Medisafe on my iPhone.
