I got my .25 cents off a gallon for 2 visits and the 3rd they did a .07 cents off. Not good

Every time I go to the fuel points it doesn’t load me in
Speedway has always been pretty fast, there are times they can get pretty busy though. The mobile fuel pay is the most convenient way ever to pay when you just need fuel but don’t have a lot of money for paying at the pumps to hold a lot of money in your account and you’re not risking a scammer to skim your card at the pumps. Way to be inventive. I love paying in the store and paying in the mobile app but unfortunately I hate the amount of money they hold on your card, so what’s the lint in paying in the app vs paying at the pump or going into store front, job well done.

App is nice but what would be better if the customer service were even better it’s been a month for them to update my rewards on the app and yes I have sent in my receipt for the fuel points and it’s 2X points month and they are still giving me the run around about not receiving my receipt’s and yes I sent it to the right email even when I talk to a representative they say I sent it to the right place so why do they keep saying they are closing my cases when I have sent my receipt 4 of them !!!! All this money I have spent on fuel and you guys won’t give me my points I mean something wrong here the guys who deal with emails need to get their act together and STOP SAYING THEY ARE CLOSING MY CASE and CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY POINTS I WOULD APPRECIATE THAT !!!!!!!
Really liking the app update and discounts that come with paying for your fuel with the app now as well as the price lock options.
Ever since allowing this “lock fuel price” this app has been garbage. It won’t let me lock half the time. The other, it either immediately goes to “authorizing” and shows a gas pump, or it allows me to choose a pump and dollar amount, tries to authorize and fails. When it fails, it STILL TIES UP MY MONEY IN MY BANK ON A “hold”.
