I can add fried chicken to one item and it’s fine, it can be ordered, but i can’t put it on a wrap? So you have chicken you just don’t want to put it on an item it already comes on?? Idk. you guys need to fix this. multi million dollar company and can’t so much as get an app right. unreal

Why does adding food to your car block the checkout button? Why when I go to checkout, does it not let me select the date? It’s 2026, fix your app.

I have tried to login six times. Each time I get sent a verification code. I enter the verification code and then the app won’t let me push the verify button. I’m so frustrated now, that I am going to order from a different restaurant using that restaurant’s app. I will try to order from Zaxby’s one more time, but if I run into the same problem, I am going to just delete the app and say goodbye to Zaxby’s.

This app is absolute garbage and borderline unusable. You have to try at least twice to even get the app open. When you try to redeem a reward, good luck. Took 2 grown adult over 3 minutes to add a reward that actually went into my cart for free. I ordered 2 days ago on this app and today I have to log in again. I’d rather just go to another fast food joint.

The fountain drink button Hasn’t worked in over a year and the service fee’s are too high. Other than that the app is fine. 3/5 stars.

Every time I try to order from this app it always shows that the order isn’t on my end but my bank account gets charged. Only once has the order actually gone through on the stores end.

When I try to change delivery instructions on the app it just keeps automatically filling the box with blank characters and won’t let me order because the introduction box is maxed out

The food is great, the app lags and has trouble loading the checkout.

Uses a lot of visual gimmicks, which are sometimes confusing and unnecessary. Too much scrolling, horizontal and vertical, is required for basic operations. Needs to be streamlined.

I’ve tried multiple times to use the highlighted deals. Upon check out it will say unavailable and make me restart the whole process. Your app sucks. Do better:
