I just downloaded this app and tried signing up but there is text over the verification button and you can’t see some of the other text so you can’t sign up on the app.
Tries 6 times to, can’t sign up.
I love it so far that Zaxby’s is the new crave since KFC in the early days!
Ordered a Cobb zalad on the app and it was waiting on me when I got there.😊 😊 I asked for dry toast and it was NOT DRY.☹️ You always leave the peeling on the cucumber. Today it was particularly very bitter.☹️The chicken was not cut all the way through so there were great big chunks of it instead of small pieces.☹️ Where were the fried onions?☹️☹️
Every single time I try to order a kids grilled cheese meal through the app it says error can’t order fries with grilled cheese. It’s a kids meal! I don’t even add the fries they’re already there!! Fix your app!!!

And best your ordering now sucks to the end degree the only reason I’m eating here is because I was foolish and bought some gift cards. I will never do this again. It’s too hard to navigate and you guys are too deceptive. I hate your store.
I love Zaxbys so when I heard there was an app, I immediately downloaded it. It was great for a while but then it went haywire. How do you encourage people to download an app that hardly ever works?! Make that make sense.
I cannot log back into my account because the text will not move so you can click the enter button to log in once you receive your code. Please fix this
Instead of making the primary option apparent, the app bombard you with secondary options in Burries, the primary option.
I can add fried chicken to one item and it’s fine, it can be ordered, but i can’t put it on a wrap? So you have chicken you just don’t want to put it on an item it already comes on?? Idk. you guys need to fix this. multi million dollar company and can’t so much as get an app right. unreal
Why does adding food to your car block the checkout button? Why when I go to checkout, does it not let me select the date? It’s 2026, fix your app.
