App was quick and easy to use. Will use it again. Soon.
Store was fine. App wouldn’t let me just order a cup of soup on the juice too. It would only let me go forward if I made it a bowl. That’s a good way to get up up sales.
Repeat shopper, no at table ordering ordered a bacon spud was Luke warm at best. So so for taste and not worth the price. And the cheap plastic silverware…. You might ask how does someone mess up a spud…. Well ask the management at Lees Summit for the complete story!
When you click on the app it takes you right to the screen to search for a deli for pickup or delivery. It won’t let you off of that screen so I can’t put in rewards or see anything else besides the screen to order food. I just downloaded the app for the first time and this is what it does. Very frustrating and not worth it.
Tried to apply reward which was a drink and it never would work.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I was served bacon that was clearly undercooked and appeared raw in several areas. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the cashier agreed that the bacon did not look properly cooked. However, I overheard what I believe was the manager say, “Well, sometimes it comes out like that and sometimes dark,” which was concerning rather than reassuring. What makes this even more upsetting is that I am pregnant, so food safety is especially important to me. Serving undercooked pork can pose serious health risks, and I expected my concern to be taken more seriously. Instead, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Food safety should never be treated as optional. I hope management takes steps to ensure food is cooked properly and that customer concerns are addressed appropriately in the future. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning.
Missing cookie and plastic ware.
Love McAlister’s, my complaint is small, but hopefully they can fix it! When I dine in I always get pickles because they are my favorite. However, online unless you get a sandwich you can’t add pickles! So if that can be changed to add 4 pickle spears I’d love it and give it 5 stars!
