One of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use. Consistently freezes! Don’t bother downloading this.
Love the app
The app isn’t wonderful nor is it bad. It does the job. Mostly I love my independent pharmacy and I am really glad the owners have a way to make it easier for them to compete with the 4 CVS locations within driving distance of their location. This app makes this little pharmacy, with its excellent service, quick response time and pharmacists and staff who get to know you and care about you, more convenient. That’s a huge win even with a few glitches that have happened along the way in their development. I hope they continue to use updates keep it clean, simple, and easy to use. Beyond that it is up to your pharmacy to determine your experience.
Somehow my ancient email and phone number has replaced my current information and I can no longer use the app . There’s no support page to help with it
It would be nice to be able to add a note to the pharmacist
It is handy to be able to check the status of prescriptions at any time, and order refills when they are due. However the app drops the listing of an active medication as soon as the last refill is issued, even for maintenance meds like statins. These should continue to be listed so the patient can easily ask the pharmacist to get a new Rx from the doctor.
Makes it easy to get refills but it would be nice if it showed how many refills are available.
Before the April or May 2026 Update this app was so accurate and helpful. Now I don’t get app badge notifs, messages or real time info! Please fix the new bugs or role back to previous version!
The app helps me know the status of all my medications. A suggestion: allow each prescription to be designated as active or in active so under my currently used prescriptions in a distinct group.
