Kroger

I shop delivery because it is hard to get out. I like to add items to my cart over several days, then put my order in about once a week. This week Kroger deleted my cart three times. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been a Kroger customer since I went there as a child with my parents, but I am seriously considering trying other options.

This is a really bad app. The MyList function changes every week with some new and bad. One week it was just gone completely. Currently, it doesn’t tell you which aisle items are in, you can’t add items using the toggle on the item page, and errors out. It is so poorly managed.

They have changed the design 3 times in just the last few updates. It is very frustrating, because the specific information I care about as a user gets harder to find every time they move stuff around (once again, the current design hides the aisle locations god knows where). Kroger pay feature is fine, list feature would be nice except that seems to get changed the most every update so it’s a bit of a roulette based on what version of the app you are on.

I use to love using this app as you could arrange your list by aisle. I now cannot remove items from my list nor when I add something to my list it doesn’t show on the list. Do better!

The app rarely loads anymore, and when it does it takes forever. I never used to have any problems before.

Where this app fails: Product reviews are permanent—cannot edit or delete. Navigation is ridiculous with menus scattered all over—major finger traveling. Product availability information does not match what is physically stocked in the store. Shopping lists are nearly unusable. Nutrition labels hide *added* sugar—why? Product images are blurry and/or no zoom option. Search filters are nearly useless—returning unrelated items. Where this app succeeds: Though the interface is a mess, it ultimately allows the user to accomplish many tasks. It is easy to discover coupons and sale items. Nutrition labels, aside from hiding added sugar, are nice to have. Ingredients are listed for all products. Payment card attached to Plus Card QR code making checkout a breeze!

The app is no longer user friendly for in store shopping with a list

I can't even sign in anymore since the update. I even tried Kroger.com and no luck.

The app has been consistently buggy for years, which is extremely frustrating when this is my only way to affordably order grocery pickup. I wish the team was able to focus on creating a simple, functional app instead of endless UI/design updates. The worst longstanding bug is that random items may disappear from my cart before/during checkout. (I checked I am not accidentally deleting them.)

My app has been having technical issues all week and I can’t log in or order anything… any one else having problems? Htx

The shopping list is no longer sorted by aisle number. You cannot even put the quantities in. It only has an option to put a single item in the cart so you can order online while you shop in the store. Please make it make sense.
