Working hard to help!
Convenient for online shopping but the app freezes and/or goes really slow after using it for a while.
This is NOT a friendly site to maneuver around .
Walmart delivery is so easy but I have one issue. Why don’t I see all of the options that I do when I go to the store? For example, If I search chips I only see some, I don’t see all. It is the same in all categories. I want to see the cheapest options first.
I had the absolute worst experience signing up for the first time, adding my EBT card and my original debit card. It would not allow me to check out with my EBT card and it put a hold on my regular debit card. This is a nightmare for me. I had to delete the app re-download the app. I removed my card put the cards back on. Ultimately, I closed out the app signed out, deleted it all started over and it finally worked for me. needless to say, I also wasted about an hour of my time because I came to the store thinking I I was going to have to shop for the items. I thought that I was able to order when I signed up for the monthly fee to get the delivery options not a good way to start out with me. Instacart has never given me one single issue and the very first time I use this one it’s a nightmare.
Love the convenience of the delivery! It’s worth the membership per year plus I get other perks from Walmart that other stores don’t offer. My only issue is I wish they would check the order more carefully prior to shipment because I’m on a strict diet and look forward to getting what I ordered. But thank you for your attention to detail

I’m an associate at Walmart for almost 3 years now. And just in that time alone I’ve seen leaps and bounds into increasing positive customer engagement and Ai tech (Sparky)that really does help the consumer. Proud to be involved in this movement!!! 5370 is the best!!! I call it home now 🙏🏻☺️
We went to Costco to get trellises for our garden. They were sold out state wide! It’s June 6th 😔😔We Found some that will work out great on this site !!
I love all that merchandise. I’ve ordered it before and it’s wonderful. I have three children grandchildren with birthdates in June so I guess we’re celebrating everybody’s.
