Loving the easy check in through the app . No longer need to keep taps on the physical card

On a warehouse list, the “Savings” link does not work. On an online list, items no longer link to their pertinent pages. Both have been missing on at least the past several versions of the app.

Issues with scrolling, page view resets when going back after viewing more info on an item. “Load more” button is not accessible. These issues has been present since multiple updates.

I’ve been a Costco shopper for years and sometimes I can’t go in store so I order online. The Costco delivery system is very unreliable, I ordered a deliver from the day before to get at my place from 12pm-2pm since I have to leave for work at 4pm, 2pm comes and the app says my shopper is doing multiple orders and my delivery time is getting pushed back more and more now it says 4:05pm so I have to cancel now and won’t get my order, another time I ordered online Costco rescheduled my order for the next day entirely without my say and I was not going to be home the next day. Very unreliable delivery system, needs a lot of work.

The latest app version is great. I like the live activities and how it opens my card when I arrive at the store. However, there needs to be settings to turn off just some of those alerts. For example, I own nothing that uses gasoline, but whenever I arrive at the store I start getting alerts that I arrived at the gas station. Please update the app for EV only households. It’s a little annoying.

The only thing this app is good for is my digital ID card. This app may well wind up being the reason I leave Costco. It is absolutely terrible. I just did a search for mozzarella cheese and the Kirkland brand did not show up. So much of their inventory doesn’t show up in a search in the app. Sam’s app is WAY better. I can also use my Sam’s app to pay for gas. Love the scan and go feature as well.

This app has been horrible. New update frequently and still won’t sign in or take me the my purchases. WE expect more from our beloved Costco. Get it together please.

The ad on open repeats EVERY TIME I open the app (even if it hasn’t been updated since the last time I opened it) An app should never get in the way and interrupt what I’m trying to do - I do not care about these new features right now! I’m trying to scan my membership card so I can give you money smh This is often how apps get worse and worse, too - marketing learns they can cram an ad on app open and soon they use it for random nonsense. Come on Costco you should be better than this.

The app is not working well. I am an Executive Card member, but even after logging into my membership account, I couldn't see the prices. I then deleted and re-downloaded the app, and after logging in again, I could finally see the prices. However, I still couldn't add items to cart.
