I love the app. When I have attempted to start my car and had issues, the chat feature was a nice alternative to speaking to someone. Most updates helped to fixed many issues.
That is 9% of the time it doesn’t work
App is tough to navigate the Chevy app os the same way some useless stuff other things need to be on here and more user friendly
Takes way too long to unlock vehicle. I have a 2024 santa fe that uses a similar app with no delay locking,unlocking, starting. Gmc app can take several minutes.

Once again my app does not show any current stats . My fuel level , mileage and other readings still show from 2 fuel tanks ago . Nothing resets it . And the dealers answer - “ we have nothing to do with the app “ and “ yeah - everybody hates it “ . I think that speaks volumes ! We’re all beta testers !

Excellent app, but you need to add a very important option which is opening the side steps remotely for the cars that have this feature.
Traded in my Genesis which had an app as well. But the Genesis app is far far more detailed. But this gets the job done. Except it’s nice to see the doors locked, trunk and hood closed. Windows closed roof closed , etc. Genesis had everything covered. But then again the tech over there is incredible. If they only made a v8!!!
Don’t like the change of new button. I wish they would have left it like it was!!
I keep getting spam notifications from this app. The usability is nice but this is tiresome.
This app is a real lifesaver, especially when you walk in the house if we get to lock your car or if you get up early like I do and warm the car up while you still getting dressed
