The latest update, 8.9.0, seems to have broken battery charge status communication. Other commands work, but battery level won’t update. UPDATE: GM contacted me and got the Battery Management screen in the app working. Excellent customer service.
New Layout is terrible. Why make it harder to find things and move the buttons around? I’ve started my car more times than I’ve locked it. Go back to the old layout. I’ve never left a review on anything but this was so bad I had to. Not an improvement by any standards
THIS DEVICE ISAWESOME .
I love the key fob controls in this app! Truthfully, I really only use the app to start my car in the winter. When I get off work, I have to walk about a half mile to my car. The fob doesn’t have that range. My problem is $15 a month all year for a feature I use for 4 months. Seems a bit pricey
This app has been disappointing. Hasn’t updated our GM points. We’ve own the car for three months now. The remote start and locator button doesn’t work just does the death spin. The app lags when trying to use. Has no problem telling me when my XM we’re OnStar are about to expire.
The dealer did a very poor job in the introduction of the vehicles never explained the option! The Blue tooth function never works I have to go through the pairing process every time I get in the car even know it set reconnecting! On the drive priority ! The pedals randomly come on while driving and without any intervention by drive! The electronic a the worst I ever experienced! 1000 miles on it I am looking to sell once I get the title!
Please change the color to WHITE , my vehicle is Not a silver gray
I love the Equinox EV but the set up for the screen is too hard to find things that are common in gas vehicles. I would like to be able to unlock all doors at once. I would like to be able to unlock the vehicle and make stay unlocked until I am ready to lock it when I am unloading groceries or loading it for a trip. If the capability is there I can’t find it.
TODAY IS 5/24/26. GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT THIS MINIMALISTIC STYLE IS AWFUL I WANT THE START BUTTON TO SAY START
barely ever works right and isn’t free, might as well just use my keys
