The app is great when it works. Last couple of times I used it to check the conditions of my truck it just sits and spins and won’t show me anything on the condition of my truck. As of right now it’s still spinning.

I always give one star to apps that force you to do an upgrade unnecessarily. For transactional apps like these, you should give the use of a warning and several chances unless the upgrade is mission critical. You could be in a parking lot trying to start the car or in danger. Please use forced upgrades sparingly.

The app changed and now it is slow as molasses

App does not always sync up with vehicle gas tank amount.

I love how the Chevy App alerts you when you need service! Also I love that there is a Chevy Associate, always there to call you, and schedule whatever it is that your car needs to be serviced on. Great! For; just being reminded, to get it done! Thanks Chevrolet

Whats the point

This app is literally useless. Don’t market that you’re able to lock/unlock/start your car from this App if it doesn’t work. It’s infuriating. Never connects to the satellite regardless if on or off WiFi. Whoever works on improving the app, do better

The app schedules service well and is eager to sell accessories. But the part that actually connects to the vehicle you bought feels like an afterthought. Commands work maybe 50% of the time. Lock/unlock, check state of charge: it’s a coin flip. When it does work, expect to wait several minutes. Even the timeout takes around 5 minutes, so you’re stuck at the door waiting to learn it didn’t connect. By then you could’ve walked out and done it manually. Connectivity is sketchy, response times are atrocious, and the basic expectation of push a button, something happens isn’t met.
