Can’t log in with phone number or email. Previously when I COULD login, it wouldn’t let me spend the free points. On top of this, they changed the hand tossed pizza to taste like doughy floor-pizzas from Little Caesars. The food is literally the same quality as the $5 joke pizza shop.
As the title says, order never updates from order received. Not a very good app. Better off using the webpage.
Yum brands is trying to keep up with google for making perfectly functional apps dysfunctional.
App crashes constantly. It is stupid how you have to change from pick up to delivery.
Developers need to learn about User Acceptance Testing. App was updated, but now there is no way for existing customers to log in.
This app has gotten so bad. The delivery tracker never works. Nothing loads ever.
You Changed the app I can’t log in to redeem my rewards. It says join / log in and then you fill out the form and it says that an account has already been opened? Yes I know that’s mine!! Let me log in please!
I’ve used this app for years and Pizza Hut has been my go to for decades but now I can’t login on the app. I send a code to the phone and email and no code arrives. I have to use a web browser just to get a code sent. Even then, once I “log in” my account is nothing. My rewards are gone. My address and payment options gone. Order history gone. When I try to add an address I get an error message. I had to order from freaking Marco’s Pizza, last night for crying out loud. Why have to forsaken me?
Ordered extra pepperoni on two pizzas and got even less than normal. I could have gotten better frozen pizzas and cheaper than what they gave me today on 5/23/26. Dominoes pizza gives you so much more toppings. I’m about done with Pizza Hut in Diamondhead.
Email ads do not appear in my account or open the app. The ad links open a safari browser link to Pizza Hut site. Then you have to log in. Waste of time…
