Not user friendly
I use my USAA app often. I love the projected balance feature. It has not worked in months. When I initially noticed it was missing I called support. I spoke to a few people. It took a bit to learn this was a known issue but it still has not been fixed.
It used to keep track of your property it doesn’t do that anymore. That was a useful feature specially to see how your investments were doing. Have not found a way to add foreign bank accounts, if stationed overseas it would be useful. Also rates to transfer one currency to another. App works well enough although there are transactions that are easier on the web.
Being a military spouse it was an honored. Your service is great and above all customers deserve the best. Thank you USAA♥️♥️♥️
Been with USAA for what seems like forever. Never have had issues
The new bill pay has a massive flaw. The only way to find out if a check has been cashed is to call in and have USAA look it up on a third party website. Epic fail USAA. You used to be my go to crow about bank. Now I am looking to a small local bank and may move all of my banking there. They remember what customer service means.
I need a physical bank in my area can speak to a person face to face. TY
