ABOUT DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN® • THE REAL STORY Dave’s Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller’s (French Laundry) organization set out to create the perfect Hot Chicken by searching, tasting, and frying. The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender chicken imaginable, each piece is topped with Dave’s signature mix of spices ranging from No Spice to “The Reaper.”

Went online to order and my acct was nowhere. So, I start all over to input my information . At the very end, the process asked to verify by sending a code to my phone or to my email. I try sending to my phone several times only for it to say unable to verify request. Please try again. I try SEVERAL times but same notice. Fine. I input my email to get the code and the SAME notice pops up with same result. Very frustrating. Why have an app if you can’t maintain it.

Impossible to add rewards to app orders. Error every time.
Doesn’t work when reinstalling or getting a 2FA code. Been broken for over a month. I’d be mad if I owned a franchise!
App is pretty fluid with very straightforward user interface. The experience felt organic.
Fast friendly, Service. Kind of pricey, but what’s not these days?
I love it, but it seems impossible to redeem my rewards on the app. Wants me to go up to a cashier to redeem it.
App would force me into a death loop where every time I would open it the app would require me to add my phone number. However when I would add it the app would have an error ever single time. I tried restarting my phone and redownloading the app but nothing would work. Eventually I put my partner's phone number to see if it would work and it did! But I cannot change my personal information to edit my phone number so now my account with my username and password is associated with my partner's phone number.
I’m going
I think this could be a good app but I have never been able to scan the barcodes on receipts to get rewards. It’s been multiple times over MONTHS and it always says there is an error no matter how many times I scan or manually type in the barcode numbers. I just want my rewards!
